Even five years after his move from the Windy City to Tulsa, Justin still has a soft spot for his Midwestern hometown of Chicago. Yet, in his time since making the transition, he has strongly rooted himself within the Tulsa community.
Justin is a graduate of The University of Tulsa, where his college years were spent balancing school and work in retail public relations and marketing. During that time, his roles ranged from helping launch local startup companies to building regional and national advertising campaigns for JC Penney and Nissan Motor Company.
After joining the firm as an intern 2011, Justin was promoted to account coordinator in 2012. With a background in advertising and design, Justin assists the firm in strategic and creative planning, market research and brand strategy for clients. He is also active in event coordination and media relations, helping plan and implement everything from grand openings to press conferences.
Education: bachelor’s degree in communications, certificate in advertising, University of Tulsa and a certificate in biblical studies, Apostolic School of Biblical Studies, expected May 2013.
Community Involvement: Board Member, American Advertising Federation; Board Member, Resonance Center for Women, Volunteer Instructor, Lighthouse Christian Academy; Member, Public Relations Society of America, Tulsa Chapter.
Passions: family, church, NPR, rock climbing, and reading restaurant reviews.
